What the booking form collects
Name, email, optional phone, event date, start time, event type, venue, city, number of hours, optional guest count, and optional notes. Nothing else.
What we use it for
To reply with availability and a tailored quote. The information is stored in our records for reference and is not shared, sold, or rented to third parties.
How long we keep it
Inquiry information from customers who don’t complete a booking may be retained for up to 24 months so we can reference past conversations and any repeat inquiries. Information tied to completed bookings may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for business records, accounting, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, or legal requirements. Information may be deleted earlier when no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Your requests — access, correction, deletion
Email info@thatpinoyboothguy.com to request access to, a correction of, or deletion of the records we hold for you, subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs. We respond as soon as we reasonably can; legally required timelines (where applicable) still apply.
